Two things on a job that go missing on purpose.

The testing passcode has gone

It is erased on purpose when a job reaches Collected or Returned unrepaired.

A customer's name is missing from old jobs

The customer was erased. Their jobs keep the device, serial, reference and sessions, and lose the name and the reported fault.
