Troubleshooting: sync

The bench keeps everything until it has sent it, so a sync problem never loses work.

The sidebar says Needs attention

The server refused something. Open Settings → Account and sync, to see each refused item and the reason. Fix the cause if one is named, then press Retry refused (Sync).

The waiting count doesn't go down

Check what the sidebar's sync line says. Signed out sends nothing. Offline, the bench retries every 30 seconds. If you are online and it still waits, check status.nextprobe.ai, then press Sync now.

A photo shows "Upload failed" on the timeline

The photo file was moved or deleted before it uploaded, or the server refused it. The reason is shown beside it. The reading and the rest of the session are not affected.
