Troubleshooting: reports

Reports are made on the bench, so most problems come from what the bench knows about your shop.

The report asks for a shop name

The customer report is headed by your shop. Type it in the sheet, or fill in Settings → Reports.

The logo is refused

Use a PNG or JPEG of 512 KB or less.

A photo is missing from a report

Bench photos in PNG or JPEG up to 8 MB are printed; WebP and HEIC photos are listed by name. Photos from a paired phone need the bench to be signed in and online when the report is made.

Print doesn't show a print dialog

Print opens the report in your PDF app. Print from there.
