Troubleshooting: updates

The bench updates itself. These are the two messages you might see about it.

"We couldn't reach the update service"

Check the connection, then Check for updates again in Settings → About.

"Update NextProbe to carry on"

The version on this bench has a fault we've fixed, so it has been withdrawn. Press Install update. Your sessions are saved on the computer and will be there after the update. On the Mac App Store version, update from the App Store.
